At COOGI, we want you to be fully satisfied with your iconic purchase; if you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
